INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BACK TO RST-5

Working with RST-5 is easy & safe and is extremely pleasant to use.

RST-5 is the only future-orientated cleaning agent available today and specifically designed for the polymer processing industries.

RST-5 is a soap, not a solvent! RST-5 washes uncured resins from tools and skin. RST-5 also removes oils, paint and printing ink.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: - Shake RST-5 well before mixing.

Mix 1 part RST-5 with 20 parts of water.

Use at 40 degrees Celsius (110 degrees Fahrenheit).

Only uncured resins can be removed.

Actively clean tools using a scrubbing brush or other method.

Resins which are removed sink to the bottom.

Use pH meter and keep pH above 7.0 by adding RST-5

concentrate. If pH does not increase, remove resin waste, add

flocking powder, stir hard, drain all the water and mix complete

new batch of cleaner.

Check with local authority if draining of flocculant treated water is

permitted.

CAUTION: RST-5 is a water based cleaner. Dry tools before use. 

DO NOT EXPOSE RST-5 TO SUNLIGHT.  RST-5 IS BIODEGRADABLE AND WILL DETERIORATE IF EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT!
